I find it fascinating as a patent attorney to regularly gain insights into innovative technical developments and to combine my passion for technology with legal thinking.

During my time at Bird & Bird, I spent more than five years primarily dealing with patent infringement and nullity proceedings. These proceedings – both before German courts and before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) – are, in addition to patent application and opposition proceedings, the focus of my current activities.
