We make sure that quality and cost of our colleagues is fine. We remain independent and are not dependent on any reciprocal business.

There are sometimes doubts about the enforceability of foreign IPR or the fairness of foreign justifications in general. This is often based on incorrect or outdatet misconceptions. We have gained enough of our own experience to tell you where IPR are worthwhile and where they are not. For example, Chinese IPR protect the Chinese market just as well as German IPR protect the German market.

International agreements

For trademark and design protection, there are international agreements that allow us to obtain trademark or design protection directly in many countries with an international registration at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). National trademarks or design rights are then often no longer necessary, so that the costs of our colleagues abroad can be saved. In practice, however, it happens

that the national offices refuse protection via the international registration. In this case, our colleagues abroad are again helpful in achieving the corresponding protection in negotiation with the respective national office. We have already gained so much experience that we know very well where the usual problems lie in many countries and how the risks can be reduce from the start.
